CLASS DESCRIPTION

  

 

Presentation/Seminar- An Interactive seminar about yoga history, philosophy, branches, styles, health benefits, types of meditation, yogi diet, cleansing techniques.

Sampoorna Open All Level Hatha (Ongoing)- is a challenging yet relaxing Hatha class which includes a combination of breathing exercises, postures, Sun Salutations and variations, Tai Chi, guided relaxation and guided meditation. The open level class is different every time and the level of difficulty is dependent upon the students in class.

Sampoorna Open Gentle Hatha Class (Ongoing)- Is a relaxing gentle class good for beginners. Includes a combination of breathing exercises, meditation, stretching, poses, Tai Chi and relaxation.

Sampoorna Yoga 8 & 10 week class– The 8 or 10 week class is the practice of Hatha yoga, Raja Yoga, Karma Yoga, Jnana Yoga, Nada Yoga together to bring the full yoga experience for those who which to have a deeper yoga experience than just postures.

Sampoorna Yoga Workshop Intensive- consists of 4 - 2hr sessions or 2-3hr sessions each session is builds upon the next session. Workshop includes handouts, in depth discussions on what yoga is, yoga philosophy, yoga branches and styles, yoga diet,, and hands on practice of the different branches, cleansing techniques, breathing exercises, meditation, postures to bring the full yoga experience for those who wish to deepen their practice or is an introduction to yoga for beginners.


Customized Private Session- A 2hr private session customized to your needs and what branches and aspect of yoga you would like to learn. Click here for more information

 

Phone/Internet Consultations - Nicole offers consultations, private sessions, and spiritual advisement over the phone and the internet.

 

 


 


 

HELPFUL HINTS

 

 

  • Arrive a few mins early
  • Wear comfortable, non restrictive attire
  • Practice on a confortably empty stomach
  • Drink fluids before and after class
  • You are welcome to borrow a mat for class
  • Please refrain from wearing any colognes, perfumes or sented oils/lotions and remove wristwatch any jewelry that may restrict movement
